Beyond digital art, I am well-versed in traditional drawing media, focusing primarily on charcoal. The selection below demonstrates a variety of illustrations including still-life, creature illustrations, and artist studies.

Keeya Portriat

This piece was created in memory of a zebra I cared for at the Dallas Zoo who unfortunately passed away in early 2021. The portrait was sythesized from several photos taken over the course of her life and was ultimately gifted to the keepers who helped take care of her while she lived.

This piece is a study of a still-life scene, aiming to recrease a sense of tangible space and depth through value change whilst also keeping in mind the rules of perspective and form in order to maintain proportion.

This piece served as an experimentation of creating the illusion of depth from raw form. Beginning as a series of scribbles on paper, forms were brought forth gradually in order to create the final result.
